Thank you for shopping at Crochet Masha! Each piece is handmade with love, just for you.

1. All Sales Are Final
Because our items are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

2. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@crochetmasha.com within 48 hours with photos. We will replace or repair it for free.

3. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded.

4. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before we start making your item.
