Refund Policy for Digital Products

All our patterns are digital PDF files. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.

If something goes wrong

We will gladly help if:

• You did not receive your download link or email
• The file will not open or is damaged
• You were charged more than once for the same order

Please email crochetmasha@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase, and we will fix the problem or, where it cannot be fixed, refund you.
